My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The rooftop pool was lovely but a bit chilly! Breakfast offered fresh omelettes and divine honey straight from the comb, simply delicious!
Sadly, the shower leaked and flooded the main room during my stay! The elevator situation was frustrating, with only one in operation.

Superb spa and rooftop pool provided great relaxation.
Our room wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival. It had remnants of the previous guests' clothes scattered around, indicating insufficient cleaning. the noise from the street made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Just a nice choice for a passing visit in Palma de Mallorca with excellent value for money. The rooftop bar had awesome views that made our evenings more enjoyable. Arrive early to claim a sun lounger before they get reserved.

We had a fantastic time with friends! The pool and bar were highlights, and we enjoyed watching games on the satellite TV. Close to the city center, it was super convenient for discovering local attractions. Don't miss the amazing Mui Thai cocktail at the bar!
We did get stuck in the lift for a short while, which was a bit stressful but ultimately funny since the staff were really apologetic about it.

The location was superb, just a short walk to the city center. The rooftop pool and spa facilities were spectacular, offering great relaxation for the whole family. Cristina, our service representative, was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
